Unified Transportation Program (UTP)
Development of the 2017 Unified Transportation Program and status of HB 20 Implementation (Presentation)
The UTP is a 10-year statewide plan for transportation project development. Staff will provide an update on the ongoing development of the 2017 UTP including an overview of preliminary recommendations for the 2017 funding allocations. Update on timeline and ongoing implementation of administrative rule changes related to HB 20.
